How can I place my custom order?
On our contact page, you can submit your name, email, and a message that will deliver directly to head designer, Colleen. From there, we will set up a time to chat on the phone to discuss the look you're envisioning for your big day. If you're a bridal boutique looking for exclusivity in colors and components, you may also submit your inquiry through our contact page. Custom orders for editorials, fashion and bridal styling or photo shoots may contact Alex at email@example.com.
How long from your hands to mine?
Orders may take up to six weeks to process and deliver, including shipping time. International orders may experience up to three additional weeks for delivery.
How is my order delivered?
All of our orders are sent USPS with tracking code. If standard delivery isn't up to your speed, we can upgrade to a quicker shipping time. The difference will be incorporated into your total.
I live outside the USA. How will my order be delivered?
After your order goes through customs and exits the United States postal system, we cannot track it. A customs number will be sent to you via email; you will need this number to track your package's arrival. DHL or couriers can be hired by request. Please note: international shipping includes additional fees. It is the customer's responsibility to pay these fees.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the specialization and delicate nature of made to order accessories, we are unable to offer refunds. However we do offer, and encourage, custom orders.
